Jon Gosselin has a new lawyer. Mark Heller tells E! News that is was his idea for Charles Meyer
to step down as Jon's counsel.
With the latest allegations that Jon slept with the nanny, Heller may be getting ready legally to go after
the wave of people making allegations against John. Heller commented that the nanny supposedly
signed a nondisclosure agreement with the production company.
Jon has denied the latest alleged fling with Stephanie Santoro saying she was fired due to Kate "being upset with her".
