Kate Gosselin to fund own TV return

Kate Gosselin has a new sausage recipe she will share with you.

According to the Huffington Post, Kate Gosselin is so determined to get back on television she has started funding her own pilot for a new reality show.

One idea Kate had was swapping kids with other reality stars like Kendra Wilkinson. Evidently, Wilkinson was not interested. Although Kate Gosselin and her children have name recognition most networks feel she has run her course on television.

Kate Gosselin Shopping Reality Dating Show

Kate Gosselin, known to most for Jon and Kate Plus 8, and then later Kate Plus 8, is looking to get back on reality television.

Kate has presented a new show to a number of networks where the cameras follow her as she looks for Mr. Right. Kate could certainly use the show - and the money - since Kate Plus 8 was cancelled by TLC.

Kate also told People magazine that the "children really miss being in front of the cameras" and ask when they are coming back.

So far, no network has indicated any interest in Kate's idea for a new dating show featuring her.

In other Kate Gosselin news, Kate was not asked to come back for the Dancing with The Stars All-Stars.

Will Kate Gosselin get a real job?

It happens. When a person becomes a reality star and then their star stars to dim.

Kate Gosselin was a star in the reality world with Jon and Kate Plus 8 and then later Kate Plus 8. There was a lot of drama when Kate and Jon Gosselin announced to the world they would be getting a divorce. There was even more drama when that divorce turned ugly. We had Jon saying he didn't want the kids on television, Kate taking Jon to court for child support, Jon trying to find a new reality show, and finally Jon Gosselin saying he had enough.

Jon then went back to private life and found a new job in the construction industry. So, is it now Kate Gosselin's turn to find a new job?

Kate has reportedly renewed her nursing license. She has denied she is going back to nursing. It is common for people to renew their nursing license even if they have no current plans on working in the industry due to how hard it would be to get back if they let it expire.

Kate Gosselin has to be feeling something since her show Kate Plus 8 was cancelled by TLC. However, that hasn't stopped Gosseling from hoping for a new gig in reality television. Kate did shop an idea for the kids to have a show similar to Hannah Montana or Zooey to Disney, but Disney doesn't seem interested.

Kate Gosselin isn't the first reality star to realize her celebrity days are over. How can we forget Heidi and Spencer who once were constant tabloid material and masters of pulling PR stunts to get in the news. They are now bankrupt and living with Spencer's parents.

It would be hard to believe Kate Gosselin may go bankrupt but that nursing license may really help out in the near future.

Kate Gosselin and children hounded by paparazzi

Poor Kate Gosselin and her children were recently harassed as they tried to visit a New Zealand zoo.

A couple of paps from New Zealand learned of Kate and the children being present at the zoo. They then proceeded to hound not only Kate, but also the children. This led to a scuffle between a producer of Kate Plus 8 and the rowdy paps.

Of course, this was all caught on film and aired on last night's April 18th episode of Kate Plus 8. No one seems to be able to know how the paps knew she was there. Kate acted very surprised that the paparazzi would follow her all the way to New Zealand. Is this legitimate or just more scripted reality television in an effort to raise the ratings?
