Kate Gosselin 'Dirt Book' Release Blocked

Poor Kate! A nasty book authored by Robert Hoffman, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World" was just blocked by the law firm Lavely & Singer for "intellectual property rights violations."

The book details Kate Gosselin's treatment of her children, Jon Gosselin, and how she views her fans - including how annoying one fan was who named a child after one of the Gosselin brood.

Hoffman claims he found an old hard drive of Kate's in her trash and was able to access a lot of information including a journal she kept. In one entry, Hoffman claims she really administered hard punishment on one of the boys following a temper tantrum in which the boy knocked over 3 high-chairs.

The book was released over the weekend on Amazon.com for digital format, but is no longer available. It isn't the first unflattering book showing Kate and Jon Gosselin in a negative light. The Secret World of Jon and Kate: The Stupidest Story in the History of the Universe and the People Who Covered It was a book released in 2010 and authored by Al Walentis, the book spewed out dirt on the Gosselin's including Jon cheating with the babysitter.

Kate was tweeting over the weekend how wonderful her weekend was and how she was in a great mood doing "normal stuff". Still no word of any new television show for Kate Gosselin.

While some people seemed outrages, some also viewed it as what little girls do with their mother's clothing - including high heels.

Poor Kate Gosselin. It sure isn't easy raising 8 children as a single mom. Kate took to Twitter last night to inform her followers that daughter Hannah was sleepwalking.

Her tweet was, "It's always endearing 2have a sleepwalker! Hannah just came in my rm w asleep eyes said:'lex is using j & f' Me:hug,'okay honey,go bak2bed.'"

Well, hopefully Kate got some sleep last night.

Kate Gosselin has been tweeting lately about how she and the kids miss being on television.

Kate tweeted recently that she really "enjoyed all the adventures and helping people" when she had her reality show. She might also be missing the lucrative money she made from Kate Plus 8.

Kate informed the world she sat around today watching old shows of Jon and Kate Plus 8. She wasn't just watching the shows but informed all her Twitter followers she was crying "happy and sad tears".

As of now, the only known occupation Kate has is blogging for http://couponcabin.com. No one knows exactly what that pays, but it probably doesn't go too far with 8 children.
Her gig with the cruise ship fell through in May due to a lack of interest.

Kate Gosselin hectic Thanksgiving Day

Kate Gosselin was very busy this recent Thankgiving. Especially with no man in the house. Kate took to Twitter to tell everyone about the things she got done recently around the house - calling it her "Man2do list".

She didn't get into specifics whether she did the actual work or had someone else do it. Hats off though to a lady who can fix her barn/chicken issues, get her tractor running, reinstall a closet door, and get her cable working.

While Kate Gosselin had friends and family over, one person noticeably absent was Jon Gosselin. Previously, Kate said Jon would have the children this Thanksgiving. No word on why she had them instead.

Kate Gosselin Can't Trust Men

Kate Gosselin has been tweeting up a storm lately. In a recent tweet, Kate commented about why she hasn't found a new boyfriend.

“Would like to have another adult here tho at some point! Kids long for it too, I’m not in a spot to be good at trust … I get what you are saying tho. Its why I’m still just little me! All alone! Can’t trust!”

Kate also commented on keeping in touch with other people she has met in her celebrity circle. She commented on not really seeing much of including Tony Dovolani, her Dancing With the Stars dance partner.

She believes it's just because "everyone is just really busy".

Kate also tweeted recently that she "is proud of the children" for their ability to cope with life in general - including the TV show and adjusting to school.

Jon and Kate Gosselin have come to an agreement on how the children will spend the Thanksgiving holiday. Kate Gosselin will have the children Thanksgiving day and Jon Gosselin and his girlfriend, Ellen Ross, will have the children the following day.

It has been the first mutual agreement between the divorced couple in a long time. Although, no arrangements have been made for the Christmas holidays a similar agreement seems likely.

Jon Gosselin has reportedly tried to be more amicable to Kate and the children recently. Jon no longer has his New York apartment and currently lives in an apartment in Pennsylvania with new girlfriend Ellen Ross.

He has also taken to his twitter account recently to state his feelings of remorse and feels he has made some mistakes with his divorce and the Gosselin children. Jon says he justs wants to move forward in a positive light and be responsible.

Jon Gosselin Violates Court Order by Tweeting concerns

Jon Gosselin may be in some hot water for tweeting some of his family concerns.

He recently tweeted that he wanted to "get his children off television for good".
Jon previously agreed to a court order that prevented him from commenting about his legal battles with Kate which also include the children being filmed for the reality show, "Kate Plus 8".

Jon Gosselin was tweeting about a recent court appearance on Oct. 13th. During this appearance before a judge, Jon wanted to keep the kids off television due to them "suffering emotional and behavioral issue from a lack of privacy".

Jon admitted he lost the 6 hour court session.

While Kate continues to make money off of Kate Plus 8 and her recent Dancing with the Stars appearance, Jon Gosselin complains he is struggling financially.
