Kate Gosselin 'Jon Hacked my Computer and Phone'

Kate Gosselin sued Jon Gosselin Monday over
accusations he hacked her computer and phone
records.

This isn't a reality show.Kate Gosselin has filed a lawsuit against ex Jon Gosselin, accusing him of stealing her hard drive, accessing her phone records, and revealing bank account information.

Lawyers for Kate Gosselin filed the suit this past Monday in U.S. District Court in Pennsylvania, where Kate resides. Although, the divorce was a bitter one, it seemed the ex couple were getting along at least for the sake of the children. That is no longer the case.

Lawyers accuse Jon Gosselin of stealing a hard drive from Kate's home computer and using the information to get personal information, bank account statements, phone records, and more and then giving the private information to his business partner Robert Hoffman. Hoffman then wrote a book entitled, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

Some unflattering accusations were made in the book including Kate's use of a wooden spoon on the children for disciplinary reasons. Hoffman asserts the spoon was used "for anything and everything" the children did wrong.

Kate Gosselin's lawsuit asks for unspecified damages and legal costs.

Kate Gosselin helps with Pottsville Fundraiser

Kate Gosselin recently visited Pottsville, PA to help a family with a tragic loss. Carianna Kroh, 6, and Catrina Williams, 3, were killed when the vehicle they were in with their mother Victoria Place, was hit by another vehicle on Route 61 in West Brunswick Township near Orwigsburg. The family was just leaving church. t was a packed house at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Pottsville. Full of smiles, dancing, and a good time, all to help the Place family. Is Kate Gosselin Really 'Happy and Healthy'?

With no job or new gig in the foreseeable future, Kate Gosselin continues to tweet daily. In one of her latest tweets, she continues to tell all her followers how "lucky she is" to have the energy and health to take care of her eight children by herself.

Kate was fired from her blogging job at CouponCabin.com back in October due to being "too demanding".

Kate has really been trying hard lately to come off as likeable and friendly. Her reputation in the past, while she still had a tv show, was that of a temperamental diva who only would accept the best. Critics point out that she is less than honest when it comes to her true feelings. This would include her relationship with her ex Jon Gosselin, as well as her relationship with her own parents - which is described as strained.

Will Kate come clean and tell us how she really feels? It can't be easy raising eight children by yourself with no current employment or weekly check coming in.

Kate Gosselin and The Dog Mystery

Does Kate Gosselin still have her German Shepherds? That's the questions some of her twitter followers may be asking. Photos or sightings of the family dog, Shoka, have raised concerns that the dog either died or was given away.

The last known photos were in late October until just recently on December 17th. The latest pic comes with the caption from Kate, "Aw my furry one just came in for the night...photo by Mady; cute pose thanks to Cara (I was told to tweet this)."

Allegations of animal abuse rose earlier this year when a tell-all-book by Robert Hoffman, titled "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World" was blocked by lawyers from TLC and Kate's own lawyers on the basis of copyright infringement. Hoffman alleged that Kate would leave the dogs in cages placed in the rear of the house without food and water for hours at a time.

Kate Gosselin has not acknowledged Hoffman's book directly nor any allegations of animal abuse.

Kate Gosselin to fund own TV return

Kate Gosselin has a new sausage recipe she will share with you.

According to the Huffington Post, Kate Gosselin is so determined to get back on television she has started funding her own pilot for a new reality show.

One idea Kate had was swapping kids with other reality stars like Kendra Wilkinson. Evidently, Wilkinson was not interested. Although Kate Gosselin and her children have name recognition most networks feel she has run her course on television.

Kate Gosselin 'Dirt Book' Release Blocked

Poor Kate! A nasty book authored by Robert Hoffman, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World" was just blocked by the law firm Lavely & Singer for "intellectual property rights violations."

The book details Kate Gosselin's treatment of her children, Jon Gosselin, and how she views her fans - including how annoying one fan was who named a child after one of the Gosselin brood.

Hoffman claims he found an old hard drive of Kate's in her trash and was able to access a lot of information including a journal she kept. In one entry, Hoffman claims she really administered hard punishment on one of the boys following a temper tantrum in which the boy knocked over 3 high-chairs.

The book was released over the weekend on Amazon.com for digital format, but is no longer available. It isn't the first unflattering book showing Kate and Jon Gosselin in a negative light. The Secret World of Jon and Kate: The Stupidest Story in the History of the Universe and the People Who Covered It was a book released in 2010 and authored by Al Walentis, the book spewed out dirt on the Gosselin's including Jon cheating with the babysitter.

Kate was tweeting over the weekend how wonderful her weekend was and how she was in a great mood doing "normal stuff". Still no word of any new television show for Kate Gosselin.
